For a new opening restaurant and company cafeteria ECR Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an executive chef.
The 800 sq meter lunch restaurant/cafeteria will serve approx 400 lunches per day between 11.30am-2.30 pm. This restaurant is scheduled to open April 2008
The bar and restaurant will only be open for dinner (100 seats) and serves international cuisine. This restaurant is at the same location as the company cafeteria and is scheduled to open May 2008.
The excutive chef is part of the senior management team and will be part of the final pre opening arrangements, and has the opportunity to contribute to the theme of the bar and dinner restaurant. He/she will be responsible for developing opportunities and for maximizing revenues and profitability.
The absolute goal is to establish the No 1 restaurant and bar facility in Sakhalin

- Open contract
- Good salary plus accommodation, health insurance, 2 flight to home country per year, potential bonus paid on profits

| Required education and work experience |
- Educated chef
- Experience in high volume cafeteria style lunch catering.
- Experience in a range of international cuisines in order to offer a large variety in both restaurants.
- Experience in remote locations is preferred, as is experience in Russia.
- Strong organization, communication and managerial skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years in an head chef/executive chef role is required.
