For a newly opened 5* luxury resort, ECR Hospiatlity Recruitment is looking for an executive chef.
He will manage the kitchen for 2 restaurants, bar/lounge and in-villa dining, with a team of 15 international chefs.
The restaurants offer a contemporary menu with high quality base products; honest food with simple presentation (with no buffets or banqueting).

| Required education and work experience |
- We are looking for a strong executive sous chef who is looking for his/her first executive chef position.
- Based on the style of the food at the resort, an Australian or New Zealand trained chef is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years international experience is required.
