Job description	For a 4 star deluxe hotel with larger banquet department and outside bakery shop, ECR Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a Master Baker. He will supervise the bakery department with 16 bakers and will report to the executive chef.
Contract conditions and benefits	Open contract Expat contract inclusing net salary, bonus scheme, housing, tickets, medical etc
Required education and work experience	European Culinary education as well as European experience. Minimum 10 years experience in bakery, including various years on management level. English and German language skills are required Good Computer skills Sales and Revenure oriented
